Tommy Rush, the driver and builder of DeafMudder, has built over 30 monster trucks and buggys. He loved playing in the mud as a boy and started building in high school. In 2020, he built "The Beast,” a yellow swamp buggy. Known for his signature white t-shirts, "White T-shirt and the Beast” won several races. The Beast was then sold to pay for family emergencies.
In 2024, Tommy decided it was time to go back into racing. He is currently building a new beast and upcoming races will soon be announced!
First of all, I want to thank my mom, Ramona, for never giving up on me and pushing me to be my very best. I couldn't have become who I am without your support. I love you, Mom.
For my wife, Crystal. Thank you for always being there for me and for making more sacrifices than can even be counted so that I could pursue my dreams. Your strength is an inspiration and you always manage to put a smile on my face. Thank you for believing in me. I love you and am forever grateful to you for being my wife and best friend.
And lastly, I want to thank Jonathan Spencer for coming by without asking; thank you for going out of your way to hep me with my 2nd buggy. Your kindnesses greatly appreicated. I'm grateful for your technical skills and willingness to help.
Thank you for being such awesome fans. I could not do this without your support. We wish could meet every last one of you and tell you how much we appreciate you.
